While the content itself is timeless and can be enjoyed repeatedly, the sustainability of a physical DVD is quite low. DVDs are made of non-renewable materials like plastic and are not easily recyclable. However, purchasing used DVDs reduces the demand for new production.
To extend the lifecycle of the DVD, handle it with care to prevent scratches or damage. Once you no longer need it, consider donating it to a library, school, or thrift store for someone else to enjoy, or sell it to a second-hand store. If disposing of it, check for electronic waste recycling facilities in your area to properly recycle the DVD.
